We offer individual or group training sessions. Sessions last one hour and are scheduled based on client load and trainer availability. Typically, we have eight to ten training sessions available per day.
Work one-on-one with a highly skilled, certified Personal Energy trainer. Weekday, evening and even weekend time slots are available.
Not only do you save money in group sessions, you have lots of fun as well. You get the same highly skilled trainers and custom programs, plus you get to work along with other clients and enjoy the camaraderie of the experience. 
Groups range in size from two to five people depending on client schedules.
At the beginning of your training with us we do a Personal Assessment to gauge your fitness level and also to set a benchmark. Then you can look back with a real sense of accomplishment when you see how far you've come.
