Tribute to Our Troops


Classes

Our classes are a blast! We typically have anywhere between 5-15 people (depending on client schedules) working together and exercising as a group.

We do either interval training (fixed times at specific machines or floor exercises) or split into teams and compete to see which team can do the most "work."

Both types of programs are great fun and we find that our clients really enjoy the camaraderie and team spirit— as do we!
