Ken has 20 years experience as a personal trainer specializing in performance training for fat loss and fitness.
Ken is certified as an exercise specialist through the Institute for Aerobic Research in Dallas, Texas and holds certification as a Medical Exercise Specialist from the Academy of Fitness Professionals.
He has a particular passion for moving people through the “Quit Zone”. This is simply never giving up on them until they have reached their full potential! Ken will challenge you to quit if he feels that you are wasting your time! Ken has amazing record of exercise compliance.
Ken also enjoys motivational speaking as a tool to inspire people
to expect more from themselves.
Elizabeth Galan is a licensed and certified Physical Therapist Assistant and a National Strength and Conditioning certified Personal Trainer.
She has rehab experience in geriatrics, sports medicine, hand, work hardening, spine, acute and orthopedic settings. She has been personal training for almost as long as she has been practicing physical therapy.
Elizabeth has been working with Ken at Personal Energy Inc. for 12 years. Her contributions to the company have included program development and organizing group annual hikes to the Adirondacks and to the Pocono's. Her knowledge of rehabilitation has made her an asset to our clients with special training considerations.
Her focus in therapy and personal training is education. Liz continually upgrades her skills through continuing education seminars and reading the latest published articles in the journals and periodicals she receives through the NSCA.
She believes the first step in building and maintaining good habits is making educated, smart, sound choices. Liz's strengths are patience, knowledge, and her total commitment to her clients.
